How many rental units do I need before I should hire a Property Management Company?

There is no minimum (or maximum) to the number of units that can be handled by Champion Real Estate Services. We are here for clients who have a single unit and want the peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of, as well as the clients with 25+ doors who want to know their portfolio is being handled with attention to detail.

How do I receive my monthly rental income?

You will receive your monthly rental income (minus management fees, repair expenses, and any other necessary charges) monthly directly to your bank account.

How do your fees work?

Our fees are based on number of units, program selection, and a number of other factors. We are priced competitively and would love to discuss your specific needs.

How do I get my owner reports and statements?

You can access all reports and property information through your owner portal.
